Are you tired all the time? Do you simply want to understand the answer to the question ” why am I tired ?” There are three causes of Fatigue or low energy. If you want to have more energy you have to learn about the three stresses…physical, chemical and emotional.
If you’ve watched my other videos, this could start to sound repetitive, and to be honest it is! I am a firm believer in hearing a positive message often to keep your brain “in the game” of motivating you to be better.
At first, I speak about the importance of exercise to get your energy levels up. When you exercise vigorously you create chemicals in your body that lift your mood and drive more energy production. If you don’t have the energy to exercise, you simply have to force yourself to do it anyway. Once you get “the ball rolling” the energy will come, that is as long as you address the other two stresses. I also speak about the benefits of working with a doctor that practices Applied Kinesiology. Sometimes why people don’t exercise is because they can’t move properly because of pain. Applied Kinesiology is a great tool that helps the practitioner learn how to get you better, faster.
The next thing I speak about is how chemical stresses, mainly from the foods that you are eating, or may be supposed to be eating are affecting your energy. If you are not nourishing your body with the right diet then you won’t have the basic nutrients to heal and drive energy production. Also, there are energy zapping foods, foods that drain your energy that I mention.
Finally, there is the emotional aspect of getting more energy. I speak about the need for sleep and some strategies that you can use to get more sleep. Also, I mention a few nutritional supplements that help with stress handling.
