This is a kind of experimental Digestion Diary episode. One thing that I have to deal with on a daily basis is the fact that many of my patients are simply way too stressed.
Some of them are dealing with issues at home or are more personal. Many of them are dealing with stress at work.
If you don’t count the hours that you sleep, many people spend more time at work than they do at home. If you also take into effect that most people continue working on their mobile devices even when they are home, you can realize that a work environment that is stressful is simply unhealthy.
