In this video I discuss THE most common reason that causes us to slip from the plans we make.

It’s STRESS. We find the perfect time to go on this diet or cleanse, our schedule is a bit more free, we went grocery shopping, we’re all set and then, BAM, something happens that we simply did NOT expect! Stress takes your focus from your plan and if you’re not prepared, it can ruin everything. There is Hope though. If you have strategies in place to handle stress better, you can keep from slipping too far.
