Have you ever felt frustrated by a problem that just wouldn’t go away quickly enough? There is a principal that we all need to understand when it comes to healing: the principal of time. It takes time for problems to develop and it can also take time to heal. If we have been “living” with a problem for weeks, months, or years before we seek help for the problem there may be healing time that we have to live through. In this video I explain the reason you should always try to understand WHY your pain is there and then allow your body the time and space to heal.
